  • 1 Eggs, Boiled And Minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 3.Add minced eggs, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
