  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 bread to toast slices
  • 1 No.s Egg
  • As required Lettuce slices
  • As required Tomato slices
  • As required Onion rings
  • As required Harissa sauce
  • As required Salt
  • flakes Chilli to sprinkle

Directions: Egg & Harissa Sandwich Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a skillet add ½ tsp olive oil. Toast 2 slices of bread till crisp and golden.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in a frying pan add ½ tsp oil and crack one egg into it. Fry on low heat.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 sprinkle salt and chilli flakes over the egg.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 smear a generous amount of harissa sauce on the toast.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 layer it with a few lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion rings.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 place the fried egg on the top. Cover with the second slice of toast.
