Chop the onions, green chili, and tomatoes. Boil the 5 eggs.
In a kadai add 4tsp oil to heat then add 1tsp cumin seeds and green chili, saute them slightly.
Then add the chopped onions and fry them. Once the color starts to change add the ginger-garlic paste.
And saute them until their raw smell goes.
Now add the chopped tomato and give it a good mix. Cover it with a lid and cook it till the tomatoes soften which approx takes 6mins.
Now time to add the spices- turmeric powder-1/2 tsp, red chili powder -1 tsp, and pav bhaji masala -1 tsp. Mix the spices well with curry.
Now we will cover it with a lid and let it cook for more 1mins at low flame. Mix it a quick mix after that and keep it on one side of the kadai.
On the other side, we will be adding 2 eggs and let it cook slightly till thickens. Meanwhile grate the boil eggs (4 eggs).
And now mix all the ingredients together, mix them slightly without putting too much pressure.
Now add salt to taste and ⅓ tsp garam masala. Add ¼ cup water and mix it well with the ingredients. Now cover it and let it cook for 1 min.
After that lastly, we will add coriander leaves and mix it well. We will add a little twist to the egg ghotala by making space in the center and cracking an egg to make a poach.
And cover it for more than 1min at low flame. Your egg ghotala is ready.
And serve it hot with paratha or naan.
