  • 200 gram Cooked Rice
  • 50 gram Carrot diced into very small cubes
  • 3 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 10 gram Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 Onions small finely chopped
  • 50 gram Cucumber diced into very small cubes
  • 2 Eggs Nos
  • 2-3 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce
  • As required Salt
  • 2-3 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Egg Fried Rice And Sweet Chili Sauce Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 crack 2 eggs into a small bowl and whisk well.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the whisked egg.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 stir the egg until scrambled and take it out of the pan. Keep aside.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add a little oil to the pan and fry 10 gm finely chopped ginger, 3 finely chopped cloves of garlic and 2 small onions finely chopped for a few seconds till fragrant.

  • STEP 5.5 then add 50 gm carrots and 50 gm cucumber diced into small cubes.

  • STEP 6.6 stir fry for 1 minute.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 next add 200 gm cooked rice and stir fry for 5 minutes.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 then add 2 to 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 9

  • STEP 9.9 add the cooked egg and continue to stir fry for 2 more minutes.

step 10

  • STEP 10.10 transfer to a bowl and serve hot.
