Heat a pan with oil. Add bay leaves and chopped onion, and fry until brown.
Add ginger and garlic. Add the mixed masala and mix. Fry it well.
Add water and mix.
Cook until the oil separates.
Add the keema and mix.
Add amchur, masala and garlic.
Add gorom masala and ketchup.
Add bhaja masala, green chillies and some breadcrumbs.
Knead into a paste and cool.
Cover the boiled eggs with the keema and form into a tight egg shape.
Dip it in flour, and then egg and the breadcrumbs.
Again, dip in egg and then breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the prepared egg devils.
Storage And Serving Method
Serve as snacks with ketchup.
