  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs and peel off the shells.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Mix well to form a smooth mixture.
  • STEP 4.Take a portion of the potato mixture and flatten it on your palm.
  • STEP 5.Place a boiled egg in the center and shape the mixture into a cutlet.
  • STEP 6.Repeat the process for the remaining eggs and potato mixture.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

Storage and Serving

  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
