Ingredients for Egg Chilli Recipe

  • 1 g Ingredients - Three boiled eggs
  • 0.33 Pieces one medium size onion
  • 0.33 inch one inch ginger
  • 1.67 g Four cloves of garlic
  • 0.67 Tbsp two spoons of flour
  • 0.33 cup half cup of oil
  • 0.67 Tbsp two spoons of tomato sauce
  • 0.67 Tbsp two spoons of chili sauce
  • 0.33 Tsp Soy sauce
  • 0.33 Tsp one teaspoon of vinegar
  • 0.67 Tsp chili. Two teaspoons of powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp one teaspoon of raw chili powder
  • A Few one pinch of sugar
  • 0.33 Tsp half teaspoon of garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • 0.67 Tbsp Cornflower

Directions: Egg Chilli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method - Finely chop the ginger and garlic. Cut the onion into four pieces and remove the petals. Cut the boiled egg into four pieces.
  • STEP 2.Now add the onion. Fry for one minute. Then one by one add tomato sauce, chili sauce, chili powder, soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, chili powder and mix well and pour water. When it boils, half teaspoon in a bowl
  • STEP 3.Boil the coneflower in water. Now add the fried eggs. Mix well and boil it with half teaspoon of hot spice powder. Then the egg chili will be ready.
  • STEP 4.Now in a bowl, mix the coneflower, flour, a pinch of ginger, a few garlic cloves, a couple of cloves of chilli, half a teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder and make a thin batter with water. Heat oil in a pan. Now coat one egg in coneflower batter and fry it. Remove when all are fried. Now fry garlic and ginger in oil.
  • STEP 5.Now in a bowl, mix the coneflower, flour, a pinch of ginger, a few garlic cloves, a couple of cloves of chilli, half a teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder and make a thin batter with water.
