  • 2 nos Egg
  • 2 nos table spoons mustard oil
  • As required Salt as needed
  • As required one tea spoon turmeric powder
  • As required half tea spoon white pepper powder
  • As required half tea spoon coriander powder
  • As required half tea spoon cumin powder
  • As required two' cloves
  • As required One cardamom
  • As required one small piece of cinnamon
  • As required one small bay leaf
  • As required half Cup onion's pest
  • 0.34 spoon one tablechopped coriander leaves and green chilli.

Directions: Egg Carry Recipe

  • STEP 1.first of all switch on the oven,boiled the eggs.
  • STEP 2.then placed the kodai ,when it becomes hot pour down mustard oil.
  • STEP 3.should be added small amount of salt & small amount of turmeric powder.
  • STEP 4.then without shells the eggs should be fried for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.then fried eggs shifted from the kodai.
  • STEP 6.All (bay leaf, smash cardamom, cloves, cinnamon) let go to the oil , few minutes stirring these.
  • STEP 7.then add onion 's pest , stirring these.
  • STEP 8.then add all dast mashalla.
  • STEP 9.pour down half cup water.
  • STEP 10.mixed them and stirring all these few minutes.
  • STEP 11.then add proportionate water and green chilli.
  • STEP 12.These ingredients are cooked for five minutes &. add the salt.
