  • 0.11 cups ¾all-purpose flour
  • 0.11 cup Granulated Sugar
  • As required ½ cup unsalted butter
  • As required Softened
  • 0.28 cup milk+milk
  • 0.11 cup Fresh curd
  • 0.22 teaspoons ½Baking Powder
  • 0.11 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • As required ¼ teaspoon salt
  • As required pinch of saffron sprinkle in hot water for colour and aroma.( use after baking sponge)

Directions: Easy Vanilla Milk Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  • STEP 2.Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • STEP 4.Then beat curd with vanilla essence
  • STEP 5.Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Start and end with the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
  • STEP 6.Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • STEP 7.Cool: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • STEP 8.Then keep sponge on serving plate and pour saffron lukewarm milk on it.then enjoy.
