A super healthy, yummy, easy to prepare no cook meal. It can be assembled in a jiffy and customised according to taste and available ingredients at home. Perfect for long busy days as it is made a day before and kept in a refrigerator. It can be served at breakfast or as a healthy dessert or carried as a tiffin or for midnight hunger pangs.

Ingredients for Easy overnight oats. Recipe

  • 2.50 Tbsps Rolled oats
  • 1 Tsps Chia seeds
  • 1 Pieces Banana
  • 1 Tsps Raw honey
  • 1 Tsps Peanut butter
  • 1/2 Cup Milk of choice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried blackberry chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried cranberries roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Sliced almonds

Directions: Easy Overnight Oats. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 2 clean glass containers.
  • STEP 2.Into it pour the oats, chia seeds, raw honey, peanut butter. Pour milk over it and stir.
  • STEP 3.Top it with slices of bannana, dries berries, sliced almonds.
  • STEP 4.Close the glass jars with their lids and refrigerate overnight.
  • STEP 5.Enjoy the health indulgence!
