- 1/4-1/2 Medium red chillies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 Cloves of garlic peeled and chopped
- 1/4 stalk Lemongrass outer leaves disgarded, inner part chopped finely
- 1/4 tablespoon Heaped fresh coriander stalks you can use the leaves for garnish later
- 0.38 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon Tamarind paste usually gluten free, but best to check
- 0.13 teaspoon Cumin
- 0.13 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.13 teaspoon Salt
- 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3/4 Haddock or cod fillets sliced in 1/2
- 25 gram Kale chopped
- 100 milliliter Can full fat coconut milk
- 60 milliliter Fish stock or chicken stock use a gluten free brand knorr to a gf version
- 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce usually gluten free, but best to check
- 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1/4 tablespoon Cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp cold water
- As required Boiled rice
- 1/4 Red chilli finely sliced
