  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Nos egg
  • 5 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl,add sugar,butter and mix until its fluffy add egg milk and mix it well. Now add the cornmeal,baking powder,flour and mix it well.

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven at 350 degrees celsius, spread butter on the baking pan Lastly,add the batter into the baking pan and bake it for 25-30 minutes.

  • STEP 1.After it's baked,take it out and cut it into pieces.
