  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 3/4 cloves Cloves Of Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Sliced
  • 1/4 Onion, Sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • as required Spring Onions, For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, green chilies, and onions. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup to the pan. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss until the chicken is well coated.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
