  • 112.50 gram Skinless mini chicken fillets
  • 1/2 Red onions, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 Green bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 Yellow or orange bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 tablespoon 1 tomato, seeded and diced replace with tomato paste for sheet pan and frying pan methods

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 Juice lime plus extra wedges to serve
  • As required Coriander leaves to garnish
