- 30 gram wheat flour
- 15 gram custard powder
- 50 gram tapioca flour
- 150 milliliter Water
- 65 milliliter Milk
- 1 Nos egg
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 50 milliliter strawberry extract
- 50 milliliter pandan leaf extract
- 300 gram whipping cream
- As required Durian

How to Make Durian Crepe Recipe
STEP 01
In a bowl add wheat flour,custard flour,tapioca flour,sugar,egg,milk,oil and water(100 ml) and mix all well to prepare batter

Then strain the batter through a sieve

Transfer the batter into 3 separate bowls and add pandan extract,strawberry extract and water in each bowl
STEP 04
Mix thoroughly and keep it aside for 15 mins

Beat whipping cream until stiff

heat a non stick pan at medium flame

now pour a thin layer of batter onto the pan and remove the crepe skin it once it solidifies

now put a tbsp of whipped cream onto the middle of crepe skin and add a spoonful of fruits.

now wrap up in the shape of a fluffy pillow.
