  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 3/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Onions, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the meat with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated meat and cook until it changes color.
  • STEP 4.Transfer the meat to a heavy-bottomed pot and add water. Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, until the meat is tender.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
