  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Cardamom Pods
  • 1 Cloves
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 3.Heat ghee in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add marinated chicken and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Cover the pan with a tight-fitting lid and let it cook on low heat for another 30 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
