Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add cauliflower florets to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated cauliflower along with the marinade. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or Indian breads.
