  • 125 gram Okra, Washed And Dried
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and dry the okra, then cut it into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the chopped okra and cook until it becomes tender. Then add yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Cover the pan and let the okra cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

  • Make sure to dry the okra thoroughly before cutting to avoid sliminess.
  • You can add a pinch of amchur (dry mango powder) for a tangy flavor.
