Ingredients for Dum aloo Recipe

  • 125 gms Baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt Fresh
  • as required Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ginger powder
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Table spoon oil
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander powder

Directions: Dum Aloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boiled potato and prick potatoes by using fork or tooth pick.
  • STEP 2.In pan add oil and fry potatoes add salt and khasmiri red chili powder and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In yogurt, add kashmiri red chili powder, ginger powder, crushed cumin, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder and mix well.
  • STEP 4.In pan add oil than add spices yogurt mix well and cook for 5 minutes or until oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add fried potatoes and mix well, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes On slow flame or until potatoes are done.
