How to Make Dum Aloo Recipe

STEP 01

Boil potatoes peel it

STEP 02

Fry boiled potato until golden brown

STEP 03

Heat oil and add onion,tomato,garlic-ginger paste and cook it till separate oil.

STEP 04

Put the fried potatoes in gravy and mix it. add coriander leaves.

STEP 05

Dum aloo is ready to serve.
