Ingredients for Dum aloo Recipe

  • 3/4 Pieces Medium onions
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 2.25 g arlic
  • 1.25 g reen Chilli
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric
  • As Required leaves Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala

Directions: Dum Aloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil potatoes peel it
  • STEP 2.Fry boiled potato until golden brown
  • STEP 3.Heat oil and add onion,tomato,garlic-ginger paste and cook it till separate oil.
  • STEP 4.Put the fried potatoes in gravy and mix it. add coriander leaves.
  • STEP 5.Dum aloo is ready to serve.
