STEP 01
Firstly Boil potatoes, and peel it,

Mash some potatoes to thicken gravy & keep some whole.
STEP 03
In pan add oil, rai.Add mashed potatoes.Saute 5.minutes.Add curd. saute 5 minutes.Add turmeric, chilli powder, cumin.Add salt,some water. Boil 5 minutes, and turn off gas.. garnish with fresh coriender..
