Ingredients for Dum aloo Recipe

  • 100 g rm. baby potatoes
  • 0.40 tbsp Ginger
  • 0.40 Tbsp arlic paste
  • 0.40 tbsp whisk curd
  • 0.40 tbsp chilli powdee
  • 1/5 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1/5 tbsp Oil
  • 1/5 Tbsp spoon musterd
  • As Required as per taste salt

Directions: Dum Aloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly Boil potatoes, and peel it,
  • STEP 2.Mash some potatoes to thicken gravy & keep some whole.
  • STEP 3.In pan add oil, rai.Add mashed potatoes.Saute 5.minutes.Add curd. saute 5 minutes.Add turmeric, chilli powder, cumin.Add salt,some water. Boil 5 minutes, and turn off gas.. garnish with fresh coriender..
