  • 0.17 Cups Drumsticks 2 Inc
  • 0.17 Cups Sweet potatoes 2 Inc
  • 0.17 Cups Brinjal 2 Inc
  • 8.33 g Yardlong Beans 2 Inc
  • 0.17 Inches Raw banana 2 cut into strips
  • 2 A Handful lentil dumplings
  • 0.17 Cups Raw papaya 2inc .cut in to strips
  • 0.33 Tsp Ghee
  • 0.17 Cups Mustard oil
  • 0.17 Tsp Poppyseed
  • 0.17 Tsp Celery seeds
  • 0.17 Tsp Yellow mustard
  • 0.17 Tsp Black mustard
  • 0.17 Tsp Powdered five spice
  • 0.17 Tsp Fennel
  • To Taste Sugar
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.17 Cups Milk

Directions: Dudh Shukto Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut all the vegetables into 2inch size. Wash and keep dry.
  • STEP 2.Make a paste of black and yellow mustard alnong with poppyseed together.
  • STEP 3.Fry dried lentil dumplings separately.
  • STEP 4.Next fry cut vegetables with salt.
  • STEP 5.Make condiment of wild celery and fennel add paste of mustered and poppyseeds. Fry till oil comes out, add sugar and salt , pour milk in the pan. When comes to boil add fried vegetables and lentils dumplings. Cover the pan and cook for few minutes
  • STEP 6.Finally add ghee and powdered five spice.
