Ingredients for Dudh chitoi pitha Recipe

  • 100 gm Rice powder
  • 250 g Ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut
  • 150 gm patali jaggery
  • 1 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/5 tablespoons Salt
  • 1/2 cup water (if needed)

Directions: Dudh Chitoi Pitha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Took 50gm milk and 50g jaggery.
  • STEP 2.Rice, salt, coconut; Mix it with milk and jaggery to make a medium thick batter.
  • STEP 3.Brush oil in a kadai and put one ladle of batter.
  • STEP 4.Cover and cook the pitha on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.I took it off when it was cooked.
  • STEP 6.This is how pitha was prepared
  • STEP 7.I boiled the rest of the milk and patali in the oven.
  • STEP 8.When the milk thickens, add pitha to it.
  • STEP 9.I boiled it a little and served it.
