  • 1/10 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/10 piece Small E Of Tamarind

  • STEP 1.Marinate the duck pieces with turmeric, salt, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.

  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, dry roast spices like coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, and red chilies.
  • STEP 5.Grind the roasted spices with coconut, tamarind, and water to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 6.Add the spice paste to the duck and cook until the meat is tender and the flavors are well blended.
