Ingredients for Dubki Sabzi Recipe

  • 62.50 gram Tomato
  • 25 gram Split and skinned black gram
  • As required Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 Chilies
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 Onion
  • As required Refined oil
  • As required Fenugreek leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

Preparation Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak urad dal in water for 4 hours.
  • STEP 2.Smooth Grind the urad dal.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat 5-6 tablespoon oil in a kadhai.
  • STEP 2.Crack ½ spoon cumin seeds and ½ spoon mustard seeds.
  • STEP 3.Roast onion, chillies and fenugreek leaves .
  • STEP 4.Turn the flame into low and add ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala and roast it.
  • STEP 6.Chop the tomatoes roughly and then cook it.
  • STEP 7.add salt.
  • STEP 8.Take grinded urad dal paste in a bowl.
