Soak urad dal in water for 4 hours.
Smooth Grind the urad dal.
Heat 5-6 tablespoon oil in a kadhai.
Crack ½ spoon cumin seeds and ½ spoon mustard seeds.
Roast onion, chillies and fenugreek leaves .
Turn the flame into low and add ginger garlic paste.
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala and roast it.
Chop the tomatoes roughly and then cook it.
Take grinded urad dal paste in a bowl.
