  • 1/4 cup Raw Rice -
  • 0-0.06 cup Moong dal
  • 0-62.50 gms Jaggery
  • 5.13 cups Water -
  • 0-1/4 cup boiled milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder -
  • As required Ghee
  • As required Cashew nuts
  • As required Raisins

Directions: Dry Sweet Pongal Recipe

  • STEP 1.
  • STEP 2.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
  • STEP 3.Method :-
  • STEP 4.1) To melt the jaggery, add water to a pot and add jaggery to it.
  • STEP 5.2) Once jaggery dissolves and thickness a little bit, turn off the stove and keep it aside.
  • STEP 6.3) To a pan, add yellow moong dal, rosat it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Keep it aside.
  • STEP 7.4) To a Kadai, add water and let it boil.
  • STEP 8.5)Add the washed raw rice, roasted moong dal and cook it until they are mushy.
  • STEP 9.6) Add boiled and cooled milk and continue to cook.
  • STEP 10.7) Strain the jaggery syrup into the rice mixture mix well.
  • STEP 11.8) Add cardamom powder, roasted cashew nuts, roasted and ghee. Mix well.
