#curry I make dry peas curry means sukhe matar ki sabji gravy . It's tasty , spicy and very tangy. I am adding so much spices ,Garam masala .You can also add onion and garlic paste.

Ingredients for Dry peas curry Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Dry green peas
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil
  • 0.06 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.13 inch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaves
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped onions (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp 1and1/2 tsp
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Dry Peas Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash peas and soak 4-5 hour. Then place the green peas inside the cooker cover with the lid and pressure cook on medium to high flame for 5 whistles. Then the pressure set down open the lid and check if the peas have cooked properly there will be some water and the peace drain the water and keep the green peas beside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in kadai. Now add cumin seeds green chilli, curry leaves, chop capsicum and tomatoes, keep the flame low .add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, Garam masala and mix the spices very well with the the tomatoes saute for a minute
  • STEP 3.Now add boiled peas, lemon juice for a more sour taste you can add dry mango powder some chat masala and black salt can also be added if you want.
  • STEP 4.Mix vwell turn off the flame and serve with parathas roti or phulka.
