  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or cornflour
  • 1/2 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 0.13 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Little water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/4 green chillies finely chopped or grated
  • As required Ingredients for the manchurian
  • 1/4 tablespoon refined oil
  • 1/2 mini bell peppers
  • 1/4 tablespoon finely chopped white part of green onions
  • 3/4 tablespoon finely chopped green leaves of the green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic finely chopped or grated
  • 3/4 tablespoon hot sauce
  • As required oil for frying
