  • A Bunch Ferns
  • 2.50 Pieces Drymeat
  • Handful Bambooshot
  • 1/4 Pieces Ginger
  • 1/4 Pieces Garlic
  • A Few Kingchilli
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Dry Meat Porridge Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak a wok heat water to boil,wash the local rice or you can take sticky rice which is available at your home, add all the ingredients together at a time sun dry ferns,meat chilli salt water cook for minimum 30 mins keep on stiring continuely the more you stir it becomes more tasty check the meat and rice has been well cook add few of shredded Bambooshot Cook for few minutes now add pounded ginger garlic to give the aroma,I'm using the local one you can use anyone enjoy
