  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Urad Dal

  • 1 tablespoon Grated Coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the dried green peas overnight and drain the water.
  • STEP 2.Pressure cook the soaked peas until soft and set aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and grated coconut. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
