  • 80 gram * peanuts
  • 80 gram * jaggery
  • 0.80 tsp * +ghee
  • 1/5 tsp *+ghee
  • 1.60 nos * Almond
  • 1.40 nos * Cashew

Directions: Dry Fruits And Peaunts Chikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. In a pan, add 4 cups of peaunts and dry roast them on low flame for 2-3 minute
  • STEP 2.2. Switch off the flame and remove the cover of the peaunts with a kitchen towel
  • STEP 3.3. Divide peaunts into 2 parts, the frist 2 cups of peaunts break into pieces and second 2 cups of peaunts grind to a coarse powder.
  • STEP 4.4 Now in a pan add 2 tsp ghee and add 2 cups of jaggery.
  • STEP 5.5) keep stirring on medium flame till the jaggery melts completely
  • STEP 6.6 Boil the jaggery syrup on flame till the syrup turns glossy and thicknes Switch off the gas and add cardamom powder Do the same for another type of chikki Then add peaunts and peaunt powder in different jaggery syrup Stir well making sure the jaggery syrup coast well then immediately pour the mixture over butter paper or onto a steel plate greased with ghee be quick else the mixture to set Get together from a block and then rool chikki with a rolling pin When it's still warm cut it into pieces then cool down chikki for at least 30 minutes Serve peanut chikki or store in an airtight container and serve for a month.
