How to Make Dry Fruit Halwa Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
in a chopper add ¼ cup almonds, ¼ cup cashew, ¼ cup walnut, ¼ cup pistachios. Pulse till semi crushed. Add 1 cup pitted dates, 1 cup dried figs, 2 tsp ghee and 1 tsp milk. Blend to make a smooth paste.

STEP 01
in a preheated pan add 1 tsp ghee, the ground fruit and nuts mixture, saute and keep stirring until the fruit and nut mixture comes away from the pan.

serve in a bowl. Dried fruit halwa is ready.
