Ingredients for Dry fruit gond laddu Recipe

  • 0.60 tbsp Ghee
  • As required ½ cup gond
  • 1/5 tbsp Cashew
  • 1/5 tbsp almonds
  • 1/5 tbsp Raisins
  • 1/10 cup ½ dry coconut
  • 1/5 tbsp Khas khas
  • As required ¾ cup dry khajur
  • As required ¼ tsp elachi powder
  • As required ¼ tsp jaiphal powder
  • 1/10 cup Gud
  • 1/5 tbsp Water

Directions: Dry Fruit Gond Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.firstly, in a kadhai heat ¼ cup ghee and roast ½ cup gond in batches.
  • STEP 2.crush the gond using your hand or with a help of rolling pin.
  • STEP 3.also roast dry fruits, 1½ cup dry coconut and 2 tbsp khas khas.
  • STEP 4.roast khajur powder with 2 tbsp ghee on low flame.
  • STEP 5.transfer the roasted khajur powder into the same bowl.
  • STEP 6.additionally add ¼ tsp elaichi powder and ¼ tsp jaiphal powder.
  • STEP 7.mix well making sure all the dry fruits are well combined. keep aside.
  • STEP 8.pour 1 string gud powder over dry fruit mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 9.now start making ladoo (greased hand) when the mixture is still warm.
  • STEP 10.finally, enjoy gond ladoo stored in airtight container
