Ingredients for Dry fruit banana smoothie Recipe

  • 2.50 Pieces dates / kajur (seedless)
  • 1/2 tsp badam / almonds dry grapes / kishmish
  • 2.50 Pieces cashew / kaju
  • 1/2 Pieces ripened banana (sliced)
  • 1.50 tbsp warm water (to soak
  • 0.13 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cups lass cold milk
  • 1/2 As Required Sugar

Directions: Dry Fruit Banana Smoothie Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly, in a small bowl soak 5 each dates, badam, cashew, pistachios and 1 tsp dry grapes.
  • STEP 2.A uk fter soaking dry fruits for 15-30 mins in warm water, transfer to blender.
  • STEP 3.Also add 1 ripened banana, 1 tbsp and 1 cup cold milk.
  • STEP 4.Add vanilla extract n sugar
  • STEP 5.Blend smooth making sure dry fruits and blended well.
  • STEP 6.Finally, pour dry fruit banana smoothie in a serving jar and serve.
