  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Nuts

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the dry dates in warm water for 2 hours, then drain and puree them.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan and add the date puree. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously.
  • STEP 3.Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped nuts and serve warm or at room temperature.
