  • 1/10 cup Dried Coconut, Grated
  • 1/20 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/5 cloves Cloves Of Garlic
  • 1/10 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/5 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, dry roast the dried coconut until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • STEP 3.In a blender, add the roasted coconut, roasted peanuts, garlic, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Blend until coarsely ground.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the chutney to a bowl and add chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 6.Mix well and serve with your favorite snacks.

Storage and Serving

  • Dry coconut chutney can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • It can be served as a dip or sprinkled over snacks for added flavor.
