STEP 1.First wash the chicken and all veggies with lukewarm water.
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Cut chicken and vegetables into small pieces.
STEP 2.Take a pan and pour oil in it. Let it heat and add bay leaves, red chilli and chicken pieces into it and cook for 10-20 minutes.
STEP 3.Then keep the chicken aside and take some more oil. Put curry leaves in it and then add onion, green chillies and beans. Add mixed spice paste and chilli chicken masala paste.
STEP 4.Then add ginger-garlic paste, then cook it for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp turmeric powder and 2 tbsp mixed spices powder.
STEP 5.Then cook it for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
STEP 6.Add chicken which was kept aside and then add carrots. Cover the kadhai with banana leaf and cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 7.Remove the banana leaf and take it out.
Storage And Serving Method
STEP 1.Serve the chicken in another fresh banana leaf with a garnish of spring onions.
