A spicy indo-Chinese snack that is crunchy, crispy, and filled with amazing spices, lets make some dry chili chicken to enjoy it in your snack time.
First wash chicken and all veggies with lukewarm water and then cut chicken and vegetables into small pieces.
First take a pan and pour oil on it and let it heat and add bay leaves, red chilli and chicken pieces into it and cook for 10-20 minutes.
Then keep the chicken aside and take some more oil then put curry leaves on it and then onion then green chilli and beans then mixed spices paste and chilli chicken masala paste.
Then add ginger garlic paste then cook it for 5 minutes and Then add 2 tbsp salt/2 tbsp red chilli powder/2 tbsp turmeric powder/2 tbsp mixed spices powder.
Then cook it for 5 minutes Then add 1 cup of water and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
Then add chicken which was kept aside and then add carrots then cover the kadai with banana leaf and cook for 10 minutes.
Then remove the banana leaf and serve the chicken in another fresh banana leaf.
