STEP 1.Firstly cook the pan and then add oil in it when oil is perfectly hot then add cumin and jeera then add onion and ginger garlic paste in it
STEP 2.Then when onion turn sightly brown then add garlic peices and then mix it then add drumstick in it and on that turmeric powder and salt so that drumstick will become soft
STEP 3.When it is mixed properly add besan inside it and cook for 1 min and then add fresh tomatoes inside it and cook until it becomes soft. Then add other spices inside it like sesame seeds, groundnut inside it ,chilly powder , coriander powder
STEP 4.When it is cooked properly then add buttermilk inside it then add some water then add jaggery to make the taste some sweet n sour
STEP 5.Then close the lid of cooker and make 3 whistle then open it and sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on it..our delicious and healthy sabji is ready to serve .
