  • STEP 2.Coat the drumstick pieces with the spice mixture and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai and deep-fry the drumstick pieces until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
