  • 1/20 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.In a pan, dry roast the dried prawns until they turn crispy. Remove from heat and let them cool.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the roasted dried prawns and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • STEP 7.Store in an airtight container and let it marinate for a few days before consuming.
