  • 4 Fresh young leaves
  • 1 Dry red chillies p
  • 2 peanuts and cumin

Directions: Dried Mas And Drumstick Leaves Curry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash moringa leaves with water and keep it aside.

step 2

  • STEP 2.In a small pan, first, dry roast peanuts and keep them in a plate.

step 3

  • STEP 3.In the same pan, dry roast red chillies for a minute, then turn off the heat and roast cumin for a few seconds.

  • STEP 4.Blend peanuts, chillies and cumin in a spice blender to a coarse powder.

step 5

  • STEP 5.In a deep skillet, combine drumstick leaves, salt and water.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until drumstick leaves are tender and water is completely absorbed. Keep stirring.

step 7

  • STEP 7.Turn off the heat, add 2 tsp ground peanut-red chilli powder.

step 8

  • STEP 8.Stir until well combined.
