  • 1/2 Nos Dragon Fruit, Peeled And Diced
  • 1/2 Nos Ripe Bananas, Chopped

Directions: Dragon Fruit Banana Smoothie Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and dice the dragon fruit, ensuring that any seeds are removed. Peel the ripe banana. If you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, consider freezing the dragon fruit and banana slices beforehand or adding ice cubes later.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, combine the diced dragon fruit, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. If you've opted for a thicker consistency, you can add ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated.

Cooking and Serving Tips

  • Consider sprinkling chia seeds, granola, or a handful of diced dragon fruit on top of your smoothie.
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer before serving. Pour the smoothie into these chilled glasses for an extra burst of coolness.
