Biscuits and cookies are loved by children. When it is homemade it's always healthier than store brought.
As sesame is good for health, by adding this in cookies, we can make our children to eat sesame happily.
Ingredients for Double chocolate sesame cookies Recipe
0.30 Tbsp Butter
0.03 Cup Sugar powder
1/10 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1/20 Cup Flour
0.03 Tsp Baking powder
0.03 Tsp Baking soda
0.03 Cup White sesame
1/5 Tbsp Choco chips
0.03 Cup Melted chocolate
Directions: Double Chocolate Sesame Cookies Recipe
STEP 1.Beat the butter with hand whisker till its fluffy. Add powdered sugar/jaggery and beat it again. Now add sifted flour+baking soda+baking powder. Also add choco chips and sesame. (Preserve half for later use)
STEP 2.Mix well with hand and make a dough. Make small balls out of it. Roll them on sesame, gently press, keep it on baking tray.
STEP 3.Bake these cookies at 180deg preheated oven for 15 to 20min..take out and give the impression on the middle part of each cookies. and once they cooled completely drop some melted chocolate in the middle part of the cookies. Garnish with some sprinkles.. Let this set for few minutes and its ready to serve..
