  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida.
  • STEP 2.Add green chilies, ginger paste, and turmeric powder. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 4.Gradually add rice flour and mix well to form a smooth dough.
  • STEP 5.Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with ghee, grated coconut, and coriander leaves.
