  • 1/2 Cup leftover rice
  • 1/2 Cup semolina
  • 1/2 Cup curd
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1 Pinches baking soda

Directions: Dosa From Leftover Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take suji in a mixer grinder.
  • STEP 2.Now add leftovers to a grinder jar. Grind it again for few seconds.
  • STEP 3.Then add curd and water. Again grind it for a few seconds.
  • STEP 4.Remove the batter to a bowl. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now add salt and baking soda to the batter.
  • STEP 6.Heat a pan and keep the flame to a low.
  • STEP 7.Take a ladle of the batter and gently spread the batter. Drizzle some ghee, oil, or butter on the sides and the center. Ghee helps the dosa to be crisp. Continue to cook till the base becomes nicely crispy.serve with chutney..
