Doner kebabs are a turkish kebab recipe thats healthy, juicy and bursting with exotic flavors from an easy marinade layered with hand-picked seasonings. Doner kebabs are usually cooked on a rotating spit but ive included how to grill or bake the chicken kebabs on skewers to achieve the same irresistible juicy caramelized edges.

  • 1/4 tablespoon Finely chopped mint
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Each ground cumin, ground coriander, pepper
  • As required Lebanese bread/flatbread/pita bread warmed
  • 1/4 Recipe hummus
  • As required Finely sliced romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • As required Cherry tomatoes, halved or roma tomatoes, sliced and quartered
  • As required English cucumber sliced and quartered
  • As required Red onion thinly sliced quartered
  • As required Spiralized carrots
  • As required Chili sauce i use sriracha
  • As required Rice for plates
