Ingredients for Dodha Barfi Recipe

  • 0.06 liter Milk
  • 0.44 tablespoon malai/cream
  • 0.11 tablespoon fine cracked wheat/dalia
  • 0.11 teaspoon Ghee
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 0.06 cup Sugar
  • 0.33 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 0.33 tablespoon chopped cashews

Directions: Dodha Barfi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. fry cracked wheat in ghee over medium heat until it turns golden brown. add milk and cream to the pan and boil it for 30 minutes while stirring continuously.

step 2

  • STEP 1. now add sugar, cook for 5 minutes and continue stirring it. to this add cocoa powder and nuts. Give it a nice stir till the ghee starts getting separated.

step 3

  • STEP 1. transfer this mix into a greased plate. let it cool and set down for a while.

step 4

  • STEP 1. cut it into squares and garnish with some dry fruits.
