  • 0.13 litre Milk
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 pieces Soan Papdi
  • 0.13 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Thandai powder
  • 1/4 tsp Beetroot juice
  • 1/2 tsp Ghee
  • 1/4 cup grated beetroot
  • 1/2 tsp coconut
  • As required Dry rose petals fir Garnishing
  • As required Chopped pistachios for garnishing

  • STEP 1.Step 1
  • STEP 2.Method for Soan Papdi Rabdi
  • STEP 3.Take a pan pour milk n reduce to half , then add 3 tsp condensed milk, cook for 2 to 5 mins...
  • STEP 4.Now add Soan Papdi n mix it well, cook for another 2mins. Switch off the flame n keep aside ..
  • STEP 5.Step 2
  • STEP 6.Method for filling
  • STEP 7.Take a plate pour Cottage cheese n knead for 2mins, keep aside..
  • STEP 8.Now take a pan heat ghee, pour Cottage cheese, 3 tsp condensed milk n beetroot juice mix it well n cook until the mixture separates from pan..
  • STEP 9.Now add half tsp thandai powder n mix it well , switch off the flame...
  • STEP 10.When the mixture cools down, take small amount of mixture n shape it like a small ball, make all n keep aside..
  • STEP 11.Step 3
  • STEP 12.Method for Gulab Jamun
  • STEP 13.Take a pan heat ghee , add grated beetroot n fry 5mins on low flame...
  • STEP 14.Now add coconut n 3 tsp condensed milk, mix it well, cook until the mixture becomes sticky n separates from pan... Finally add half tsp thandai powder n mix it well, switch off the flame... When the mixture cools down, divide into 5 portions.. Now spread ghee in your palm, take one portion of Gulab jamun mixture n flattened it, now add Cottage cheese filling in the center n give it a shape of ball, make all.. Assemble Take a serving plate, pour Soan Papdi Rabdi n place thandai beetroot Gulab Jamun... Garnish with Soan Papdi, rose petals n chopped pistachios...
  • STEP 15.Note : The whole cooking process is on low to medium flame...
