It's a combination of nuts,milk,sugar,khoya & ghee with grated carrots 🥕. A light nutritious dessert with less fats than many other sweets from Indian subcontinent.It has medium self-life so sometimes exported also & is a celebration of winter's goodness with ❤'d ones.

Ingredients for Dishes 4 Celebrations - Gajar ka Halwa. Recipe

  • 0.15 nos Milkmaid - tin.
  • 0.40 nos Ghee - tbsp.
  • 0.40 nos Toned milk - ltr.
  • 1/2 nos Grated carrots - kg.
  • 3 nos Chopped almonds - gms.
  • 3.10 nos Chopped cashew-nuts - gms.
  • 3.20 nos Raisins - gms.

Directions: Dishes 4 Celebrations - Gajar Ka Halwa. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix carrots & milk in a Pan.Bring to a boil.Cook on low flame,stirring occasionally.Until milk dries up.
  • STEP 2.Add milkmaid & continue cooking on low flame,stirring occasionally.Until it dries up.
  • STEP 3.Add ghee & cook for another 10 min.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with almonds,cashew-nuts & raisins before serving HOT.
